  2. There’s a lovely gentleness in your relationship with Tzuri (wait, should I be addressing this to Tzuri?) and it’s splendid to see. She was clearly surprised by this new form of water/earth, and fearlessly interacting as if she’d found a new playmate, which, come to think of it, was exactly the way I felt about snow as a child. And mostly still do. Some dogs never get past their sidewalks. And here she is, meeting almost opposite sides of a continent. Way to go.

    • Thanks, Barbara. Wait until you see next week’s ‘Thursday’ post – Tzuri takes her first swim! πŸ˜€

  3. She’s growing into a real beauty. Hard to believe, but she’s even more gorgeous now that she’s leaving the puppy stage.

    • Not just snow but dirt too (when I let her) she digs. When she gets excited she just starts pawing at whatever is handy.

Aaaah, that was neat to watch! I was waiting for her to roll around in it! Maybe fresh powder snow will be more inviting. Blanca has yet to encounter her first snow.

    • No, she never rolled in it. I wish there had been a large field of snow and that I could have let her off leash. 😦
